Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery, provided your delivery address is within a certain radius of our store. At checkout, you will notice a "Local Delivery" option. Select that option and type in your zip code. If you qualify for this service, you will then see the available delivery days and times. Please note that we only delivery on Saturdays between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. Please select which Saturday you would like your items delivered. You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours with details.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our candles are handmade, we are committed to finding a solution if you encounter any issues or defects. Please note that we do not issue refunds for returned items. However, we will gladly replace any product that arrives damaged or defective during shipping. If you discover that your candle or any item from our Home Goods line is flawed, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, including a photograph or video along with a detailed description of the issue. This will help us understand and address the situation effectively. To request a replacement, please email wildflameandco@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and remember to include photos of the damaged items to facilitate your request.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. If a product requires a longer processing time, it will be specified in its description. Please be aware that during periods of higher order volumes, shipment delays may occur. We will strive to minimize these delays, and if significant delays are anticipated, we will provide updates on our website and social media platforms.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping option. Please keep in mind that once your order leaves our shop, delivery delays may happen and are beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not accountable for any additional customs charges or fees. Such costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. For more information, please reach out to your local postal or customs office. If customs fees and charges are refused at delivery, your order will be returned, and shipment costs will not be refunded.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Wild Flame and Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
